Flour 1.5 cups — 210g
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2,5 tbsp
A little less than half Cup salted cold water
Lubrication — egg, cheese, herbs
Sift flour and mix with egg to education crumbly mass,pour vegetable oil and again grind.
Gradually add salted water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and soft.Wrap in plastic wrap and send for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Bow grind in a blender or grate, mix with minced meat, add salt, spices.
Then make from the dough and stuffing our chebureks, close up them with a fork.
Put the pasties on a baking sheet,the laid parchment.
Grate the cheese,beat the egg. Lubricate with beaten egg,sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Tightly cover the pan with foil. Note the foil must not touch the pasties,otherwise it will stick.
Bake the first 15 minutes with foil,then remove foil and bake without it for another 15 minutes.
