«Triangles» of puff pastry with ham and cheese
450 g puff pastry;
10-15 sun-dried tomato halves;
100 g of hard cheese;
150 g of ham;
1 egg for greasing pies;
if desired sesame seeds for topping pies;
salt, herbs, pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:
Mix all filling ingredients. The dough is thawed, roll out slightly further. Cut into squares about
