Baked fish with hollandaise sauce and vegetables
Fish fillet — 400 gr;
Sweet pepper — 80 g;
Carrots — 60 g;
Leek — 60 g;
Cherry tomatoes — 6-8 PCs;
Zucchini — 80 g;
Sesame oil — 20 ml
For hollandaise sauce:
Butter — 80 g;
Yolks — 2 PCs;
Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
Method of preparation:
Marinade for fish fillets. To do this, RUB it with vegetable oil, salt and ground black pepper.
Peel vegetables and cut into julienne.
The fish put into the oven, preheated to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
Fry the vegetables quickly in sesame oil on a well heated pan, slightly salted. They should be slightly crunchy.
Prepare hollandaise sauce.
Separated from egg yolks, combine them with vegetable oil. Stir weld on a water bath.
