Cake «Prague»


flour — 1 1/2 Cup
egg whites — 8 Pieces
egg yolk — 5 Pieces
sour cream — 1 Cup
baking powder — 2 1/4 teaspoons
salt — 1/4 tsp
cocoa — 1/2 Cup
instant coffee — 1 1/3 teaspoons
sugar — 1 1/4 Cup
water — 3/4 Cup
vegetable oil — 1/2 Cup

For the cream:

egg yolk — 5 Pieces
butter — 400 Grams
condensed milk — 8 CT. spoons
chocolate — 100 Grams
water —1/3 Cup


Mix cocoa and instant coffee in 3/4 Cup of warm water. Stir until dissolved.
Whisk 5 egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar dissolves, add vegetable oil and mix.
Gradually mix in the yolks with the sugar and butter blend of cocoa and coffee.
Stir the sifted flour with the baking powder.
Add the flour with the baking powder in the dough. Mix to form a homogeneous mass.
Whip the egg whites with salt until stiff. Then carefully enter the protein foam in the dough and add sour cream.
Put the dough in a greased (butter or vegetable) form and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 150 degree oven. The first 30 minutes the oven do not open! The willingness of cake check wooden toothpick.The finished cake to cool.

To prepare the cream: whisk 5 egg yolks, add condensed milk and 1/3 Cup cooled boiled water. Stir until a homogeneous mass.
The prepared weight to put cream on a slow fire and stirring constantly, heat. Do not boil! Weight should be as condensed milk. 10. Remove from the heat to the hot cream and add the grated grated chocolate, stirring to dissolve the chocolate.
In a separate bowl chop with a knife the butter and gradually add the cream mixture. Stir well until completely dissolved oil.
The cooled cake cut into 4 equal parts, each of them apply the cream. On top of cake also coat the cream and decorate to your taste.
