Chestnut cream


Chestnut — 250 g
Sugar — 150 g
Orange (juice) — 1\2 Pieces
Vanilla sugar — 1 tbsp
Water — 200 ml


Chestnut to clean from the shell. Chop the chestnuts.
Add the orange juice.
Mix the water and sugar. Simmer on low heat until bubbles appear.
To the sugar add the ground chestnuts. Add water to get creamy mass.
Stir and cook for another 3 minutes.
