Milk — 1 Cup
Flour — 1 Cup
Butter — 2 Tbsp. spoon
Cheese grated — 1/4 Cup
Eggs — 3 Pieces
Spices — to taste
Salt, pepper — to taste
White fish fillet boiled (chopped) — 1 Cup
Breadcrumbs — 2 Cups
In a small saucepan, mix the milk and flour. Mix well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Put the saucepan on low heat and, still stirring with a whisk, heat the mass until it thickens.
In the hot mixture administered two egg yolks, oil, cheese, spices (salt, pepper, sage). Mix well.
Boiled until tender fish stir with a fork, then spoon it into our mixture and let cool in the fridge.
Next, take a tablespoon of our fish mass.
Coat our croquette in the flour.
Our next dip the croquet in a mixture of beaten eggs, two whipped egg whites and a small amount (1 tsp) of water.
Then coat the croquette in breadcrumbs.
Similarly form the rest of the croquettes. Formed croquettes spread on a baking sheet (or several plates) and put into the fridge for half an hour.
Then fry the croquettes in a large amount of oil, approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
Spread the finished croquettes on a paper towel to remove excess fat.Our croquettes are served to the table.
