Pea soup with sausage in slow cooker

Ingredients:

Cooked sausage — 200 Gr
Meat on the bone 300 Gr
Peas — 150 Gr
Onion — 1 Piece
Carrots — 1 Piece
Potatoes — 3 Pieces
Vegetable oil — 2 Tbsp
Water — to taste
Salt, herbs — to taste

Preparation:

In the bowl slow cooker pour a little oil, put grated carrots, chopped onion and sausage.
Stir fry for 10 minutes.
Add the meat, chopped potatoes, and washed peas, salt.
Add the hot water. Set the mode «Soup», cook for 2 hours. When serving, add to soup with greens and sour cream.
