Ingredients:

Pork knuckle — 1 Piece
Onion — 1 Piece
Carrots — 1 Piece
Bay leaf — 2-3 Pieces
Pepper — 3-5 Pieces
Garlic — 3-5 Cloves
Honey — 1 PT. spoon
Mustard — 1-2 Tbsp. spoons
Olive oil — 1-2 Tbsp. spoons
The mixture of peppers — to taste 1

Preparation:

Knuckle to put in a deep saucepan. Peel and chop the onion and carrots. Add to the pan Bay leaf, black peppercorns and other spices to taste. Now you need to pour cold water and put the saucepan on the fire. After boiling salt and simmer for about 2 hours. Peel the potatoes, slice and place on baking sheet, brushing it (the pan) pre-oil. You can add other vegetables to taste. For the marinade: peel and pass through a garlic press. Add liquid honey, mustard and olive oil. Sprinkle salt and a pinch of pepper and stir. The marinade you need to grate the knuckle on all sides. Put it on the potatoes. In the first 20-25 minutes of baking cover with foil, bake at medium temperature. Then remove the foil and let the pork knuckle baked in the oven until cooked. A delicious and filling dish transfer to a plate and you can try.
