Pudding with gooseberries


Brown sugar — 75 Grams
Gooseberry — 500 Grams
Butter — 125 Grams
Powdered sugar — 125 Grams
Flour — 125 Grams
Eggs — 2 Pieces


Baking dish cover with parchment paper and grease with butter. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar and the washed gooseberries.
Softened butter, beat with powdered sugar until air condition. Add beaten eggs and flour, stir. Pour the dough into gooseberry.
Bake 45 minutes in the oven. Temperature of 180 degrees.
