Stuffed cabbage leaves
Young cabbage — 1 Piece
Minced Meat — 300 Grams
Rice — 100 Grams
Tomato paste — 40 Grams
Onion — 1 Piece
Carrots — 1 Piece
Leek — 1 Piece
Salt and spices — to taste
Vegetable oil — to taste (for frying)
Flour — to taste
Cabbage leaves, place in boiling water for one minute. Pre-boil until half cooked rice.
Mix the minced meat with rice until smooth.
